2021 MOVE OUT PROCEDURES

Our 2021 Season will be coming to an end on Monday, September 6th. Below you will see the schedule for moving out your belongings. Due to logistical issues, we cannot give any more time for moving out so we appreciate your understanding. Also, if you have children that are old enough to assist with the move-out, feel free to bring along them as helpers; if they cannot assist, please have them stay home in our efforts to maintain the safest environment for all!

If for any reason you cannot make it on your assigned Day/Time, then you must move out on or before September 6th. Please note that all refrigerators must be removed from the club on or before your designated move out Day/Time as well. The club cannot transport refrigerators to your homes.

We will have as much help available for you to move out as possible, but as I'm sure you've seen everywhere you go, finding staff to work is a bit of a challenge these days. I suggest allowing extra time in the move out process. Please email the club with any questions at promenadebeachclub@gmail.com.

Here is the outlined schedule for 2021 Move Out:

Tuesday, September 7th 10am-6pm: Beach Cabana Day: everything must go home with you, no exceptions! This is due to cabana movement off the beach. Please note the electricity will be turned off at 8am that day.

Wednesday, September 8th 10am-6pm: Deck Cabana Day: you may leave belongings on your upper platform and in your cabinets, though it's not recommended and you do so at your own risk. Nothing may be left in the shower to allow for proper winterizing of the plumbing.

Friday, September 10th 10am-6pm: Lockers 1-175

Saturday, September 11th 10am-6pm: Lockers 176-370
